Description
Issue to be solved
Either add a page for this in our dev docs or link to https://cadence-lang.org/docs/cadence_migration_guide. Maybe we could include a little snippet/callout in existing Flow CLI installation instructions.
Related, maybe a separate ticket: include usage in VSCode (depends on https://github.com/onflow/vscode-cadence/issues/538)

Research direction
Review the existing Flow CLI installation instructions and the linked Cadence migration guide first. Decide whether a dedicated page, a link, or a callout best covers Cadence 1.0 installation and usage; done means the relevant developer documentation is accessible and the separate VSCode request remains clearly scoped.
