Description

Right now you can't run a dcli script from sudo as dcli is not on the sudo path.

Research direction

Start by locating how dcli is installed and exposed as a command, then compare the existing Dart approach to making a command available on sudo's path. Define the supported installation environment and verify that a dcli script can run through sudo after the link is created.
