Description
Currently, we first call umfMemoryProviderAlloc() and then the umfMemoryTrackerAdd(). Ideally, we shouldn't call the provider if we run out of memory during umfMemoryTrackerAdd() so we have to reserve memory for the tracker entry at a first step.
