Research direction
Start with the particle-diffusion build configuration and the compiler error from src/motionsim.hpp, which includes mkl.h while compiling src/utils.cpp. Reproduce the failure after sourcing /opt/intel/oneapi/setvars.sh and running cmake .. followed by make; done means the sample builds without the missing-header error.
