Description

For now we have note about booking restriction for "Lecture rooms are not available at daytime during weekdays." only in popup:

Yet it is possible to select the restricted timeslot on Timeline:

Maybe, we should restrict the selection and notify user with proper message. I guess also ❌ sign instead of cursor may be shown, and message beneath it.
