Description
On mobile and desktop viewports of ~454.55px width and less, I am suddenly seeing some odd misalignment between notices in the footer:

Video description: Scrolling through Local Contexts notices in footer, each of which contain thumbnail images and description text. Some of the images are cut off or encroaching on the left screen margin, with their corresponding text blocks pulled to the left accordingly.
Some of the misalignment is more subtle, some more overt. This looks to be across all themes.

Research direction
Reproduce the footer notices at 454.55px width and below using responsive browser tools, checking each theme. Inspect the footer notice layout and compare thumbnail and description positioning. Done means all notice images remain fully visible and their text aligns without encroaching on the left margin.
