Research direction

Start by inspecting the Item Relation tab on the item edit page and how object item IDs are currently entered. Review the Exhibit plugin's item selector for the proposed lightbox approach. Done means editors can choose an object item through a selector instead of entering only its ID.

Description

Feature Major

Imported from Trac ticket #155 reported by jsafley on 2011-02-14:

Currently in the Item Relation tab on the item edit page an editor can only enter an object item by its ID. A preferable way would be to use a JavaScript lightbox item selector, something like the one used in Exhibit plugin.
