Simple Chat gives httpx.ConnectError

This simple chat example fails:

from ollama import chat

messages = [

httpx.ConnectError: [WinError 10049] The requested address is not valid in its context

But this works fine:

Trace how each obtains its connection address and verify the simple example completes without httpx.ConnectError while preserving the working Client behavior.
