Description

For events that are still looking for speakers, and for people to adjust their calendars, perhaps on just the website (not meetup), we could list the upcoming event slots that are still looking for speakers.

Making it clear they are not confirmed.

Benefit: easy to see there is still activity even if events aren't confirmed. People can more likely volunteer to speak at an event.

Research direction

Start with the website's current event listing and publication flow, then trace how upcoming events are represented and displayed. Define how unconfirmed events seeking speakers are added and labeled, with completion meaning they appear on the website but are not published to Meetup and are clearly marked as unconfirmed.
