Research direction
Start at build.rs:641, where the pyapp build requests the Python distribution from GitHub through reqwest and fails with an UnknownIssuer certificate error. Trace the build configuration and existing tests or documentation for proxy and certificate handling; done means the reported corporate-proxy build can retrieve the distribution successfully.
