In V14 sequence numbers are computed from the last entry in the journal. This means that the instructions at https://www.odoo.com/documentation/14.0/applications/finance/accounting/fiscal_localizations/localizations/colombia.html#journals for updating the sequence definition are no longer valid. A new updated procedure needs to be determined, likely involving the resequence feature.
