[REF] Odoo 13.0-15.0: update to release 20220902. App update issue

Hello, ever since the 20220902 update we have issues with our app update tab.

In debug mode, while navigating in the apps tab the Odoo app store the we are no longer redirected to the Odoo app store.
Also the app update button seems to also be broken but updating the apps is still possible by navigating to each app and updating them one by one.

the problem seems to exist even with a fresh instance of Odoo.

Start by reproducing the app-tab navigation and app update failures in a fresh Odoo instance after the 20220902 release, then compare the behavior with updating individual apps. The issue does not name files or tests; done means the Odoo app store link and app update button work while the listed modules remain installable and updatable.
