Description
One feature that would be interesting to add to the Dockerfile is the hability to dinamically specify files to be run pip install -r requirements before odoo start. That would allow to feed the requirements files from extra-addons and automatically install the necessary requirements.

Research direction
Start by reading the Dockerfile and tracing how extra-addons are provided to the image. Determine how requirement files from those modules should be specified and installed before Odoo starts. Done means the image can dynamically install the requested external requirements without manual changes for each extra module.
