Research direction

Start by locating the TypeScript handling for @position-fallback and reproduce the case where a CSS Grid target overflows the grid area but remains inside its containing block. Compare the calculated position with the expected fallback behavior, and check issue #167 before proceeding because @position-fallback is slated for removal.
