Description
With @position-fallback, where targets in a CSS Grid layout overflow the grid area but do not overflow the containing block, position is not calculated correctly.
Note :@position-fallback will be removed in #167

Start by locating the TypeScript handling for @position-fallback and reproduce the case where a CSS Grid target overflows the grid area but remains inside its containing block.
