Description
ocaml-version claims that 5.0.0 isn't multicore:
utop # Ocaml_version.(Configure_options.is_multicore Releases.v5_0_0);;
- : bool = false
This is causing CI to fail (e.g. https://github.com/mirage/mirage-crypto/issues/169#issuecomment-1416072152).

Research direction
Start by tracing Configure_options.is_multicore and the Releases.v5_0_0 definition in the ocaml-version library. Reproduce the shown utop expression, then update the release metadata so OCaml 5.0.0 is recognized as multicore and verify that the expression returns true and the affected CI case no longer fails.
