Description
The lists.ocaml.org service is temporarily sunsetted, but it would be good to bring it back, especially for infrastructure-related requests.
This is related to #15 and restoring inbox.ocaml.org, which also needs an email service inbound for the archival. It would be nice if these were all one SMTP service.
