Description

Currently, we rely on tcp for dune rpc on windows. But this isn't necessary as unix domain sockets are supported in recent versions. We should switch to using them.

Research direction

Start by locating Dune RPC's Windows transport setup and the code that currently selects TCP. Check the linked Windows Unix-domain-socket support information and the project's supported Windows versions. Done means Dune RPC uses Unix domain sockets on supported Windows versions instead of TCP, with the existing RPC behavior preserved.
