Description
The main entry point for users wanting to pick up OCaml is ocaml.org, thus if we want Dune to be the entry point for people to start using OCaml via Dune then OCaml.org should point people in the right direction. It would make most sense if there was directly a link on OCaml.org which would tell people how to install (stable) Dune releases.
At the moment the stable releases are awkwardly fitted into the nightly website which makes it look quite out of place and hard to discover.
