Expected Behavior

App audio capture expected to be in sync with other audio sources/devices

Current Behavior

Currently, through some repeat testing and back and forth in dev channel in discord, it seems to be a fairly consistent 20ms or so delay on the app audio capture vs other audio sources.

Steps to Reproduce

1.add app audio capture
2.have another device playing same exact audio
3.record and check for a delay between the 2 on separate tracks
