Expected Behavior

Screen Captue (XSHM) shows screen, at Geometry 1600x900 @ 0,0

Current Behavior

XSHM shows blank screen if Display Scale is not x1 (Linux XFCE desktop). Log shows Geometry 2080x1170 @ 0,0 -- Display max resolution is 1600x900 and scaled 1.3x1.3; at scale 1x1, screen capture works.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Display > change scaling to anything other than 1x1
  2. Test in OBS , Screen Captue (XSHM)
Anything else we should know?

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in OBS Studio on a Linux XFCE desktop with display scaling set above 1x, then inspect the linked OBS log and the XSHM screen-capture entry points. Compare the reported capture geometry with the physical display dimensions. Done means Screen Capture (XSHM) renders the desktop correctly at non-1x scaling.
