File resources are not automatically restored after reboot

Expected Behavior

Previously imported file locations are remembered when restarting OBS after rebooting the system.

Current Behavior

After a complete system reboot OBS prompts to select missing files, which were previously added through the document portal.
After selecting the resources folder all files are found again, and keep being found even after restarting OBS up until the next reboot.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Cold boot the system
2. Start the Flatpak version of OBS
3. Get missing files prompt
4. Select resource folder containing missing files
5. Files are now imported again until next reboot

Anything else we should know?

I am keeping most of my files on a dedicated partition, including streaming resources.
I tried exposing the file location through Flatseal, but it goes through the document portal and doesn't change anything.

This might be a XDG Document Portal related issue, but I'm not 100% sure.

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the issue with the Flatpak version after a cold boot and investigate the interaction with the XDG document portal; done means previously imported file resources remain available after reboot without prompting for the resource folder.
