Downmix Audiolevel of Application Audio Capture (BETA) and Audio Output capture align

Current Behavior

Depending on the Capture type the audio levels are different for the same source

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Set your audio device in windows to 7.1
  2. Set OBS to stereo
  3. create a Application Audio Output Capture
  4. create a Audio Output Capture of your 7.1 device
  5. play audio and see the different audio levels
