Description
Operating System Info

29.0.2

Expected Behavior
The source Application Audio Capture (BETA), when Window Match Priority has been set to "Match title, otherwise find window of same type" or "Match title, otherwise find window of same executable", then the source should automatically recognize the captured program if restarted with a new title.
Current Behavior
Sometimes the audio from the source mentioned above is not getting though to a live stream, but still looks active on the Audio Mixer in OBS. It is thus necessary to change the captured Window manually each time a captured program has been restarted to ensure the audio works on live stream again.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Application Audio Capture (BETA) source and set Window as VLC (playing some audio), then set Window Match Priority to either "Match title, otherwise find window of same type" or "Match title, otherwise find window of same executable"
- Exit VLC
- Start VLC by playing another audio track, thus changing the title
- Now the Audio Mixer looks active for VLC, but if the source is opened, the Window label is red color and the new VLC instance is not selected
Anything else we should know?
Here is an image that shows the Audio Mixer and source.

Research direction
Start with the Application Audio Capture (BETA) source and reproduce the VLC restart sequence described in the issue, using the linked OBS log for context. Check how the source handles the configured Window Match Priority after VLC exits and restarts with a changed title. Done means the new VLC instance is selected automatically and its audio reaches the live stream.
