Expected Behavior

OBS should start minimized to tray and the replay buffer should be active on scene "Valorant".

Current Behavior

When adding the --minimize-to-tray parameter OBS (as it should) start minimized to tray but the twitch docks like Chat, Streaminformation etc are visible windows.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have Twitch Docks enabled
  2. Start OBS with parameter --minimize-to-tray
Anything else we should know?

Research direction

Start by reproducing this on Windows 11 with Twitch Docks enabled and OBS launched using --minimize-to-tray. Verify the startup behavior against the expected result: OBS should remain minimized to the tray while the Twitch docks are not visible, with the replay buffer active on the Valorant scene.
