Japanese Characters ( Hiragana) cannot be typed into Twitch chat through OBS when using Anthy

Expected Behavior

I set up Ibus so I can enter Hiragana characters through my keyboard. This is done the Romaji way where you type the English characters and they are converted on the fly to Hiragana when you typed enough. This is working in Discord, LibreWolf, OBS scene names, and OBS scene elements. I expected it to work in Twitch chat when logged into Twitch account

Current Behavior

You cannot type Hiragana in Twitch chat use Japanese Anthy and the default input method Ibus. It works in every other part of the OBS program except Twitch chat.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Log into Twitch on OBS
2. Set keyboard to type Japanese using Anthy
3. Type in Twitch box and see only English letters come out
4. Type in scene names and scene element names and see Hiragana comes out

Anything else we should know?

I can get Hiragana to show up in Twitch chat if I set my keyboard to be treated like a Japanese keyboard. In this way, each key is its own character. I can't use that though since this isn't a Japanese keyboard so I don't know how I would type the 120+ characters in the alphabet. Setting it up like a Japanese keyboard is setting it as Japanese(kana). Setting it up so you can enter the Romaji and it gets turned into Hiragana when you type enough is setting it as Japanese(Anthy). It is Japanese(Anthy) that works everywhere in OBS except in Twitch chat.

From testing someone Kurufu did, their results showed that they could not get Hiragana working on any type of custom dock which is how Kurufu told me Twitch chat was implemented.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Flatpak build on Fedora 36 XFCE using Japanese Anthy/IBus, comparing the Twitch chat custom dock with OBS scene names and elements. Use the linked OBS log and the report's custom-dock observation to locate the relevant chat implementation; done means Hiragana can be entered in Twitch chat through the Romaji input method.
