Expected Behavior

The Text (GDI+) should apply the font to all of the symbols in the provided text

Current Behavior

It does not apply the font to specific symbols (Kazakh Cyrillic)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add Text (GDI+) to a scene
  2. Give it a list of characters specific to Kazakh language (Ә, Ғ, Қ, Ң, Ө, Ұ, Ү, Һ) along with some regular characters
  3. Select a font that has those characters covered (in this case I am using the Rodin font)
  4. You will see that the Kazakh characters are left with the stock font, while the rest of the text is styled as expected
Anything else we should know?

Here is a screenshot that confirms that the font indeed does support those characters, with the Text (GDI+) preview on the bottom.

I expect there's more than just these characters that are not getting affected by the fonts, but these are the only ones I have found so far.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in OBS Studio 27.2.4 on Windows 10 using Text (GDI+), the Rodin font, and the listed Kazakh characters; review the provided OBS log for relevant entry points. Done means the selected font is applied to Ә, Ғ, Қ, Ң, Ө, Ұ, Ү, Һ as well as regular characters, with regression coverage if the existing test structure supports it.
