Expected Behavior

Select any browser source, refresh it. Page should smoothly refresh, remaining transparent until it has content to draw.

Current Behavior

Browser turns black briefly before the image returns to normal.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have a browser source (not site specific)
  2. Right-click, Properties
  3. Refresh Cache of Current Page
Anything else we should know?

Unable to reproduce the problem on Linux; appears to be isolated to Windows. The problem does not occur with OBS 27.1.3.

Research direction

Start with the provided OBS log and reproduce the browser-source cache refresh on Windows 10 using OBS 27.2.1, then compare it with 27.1.3 and Linux. The fix is complete when a refreshed canvas remains transparent until it has content to draw, without the brief black frame.
