Expected Behavior

I can change my webcam's video format freely and OBS will adapt to it.

Current Behavior

I can change my webcam video format freely, but if I'm selecting a different framerate I must manually reconnect the yellow video pipe in my patchbay before the video stream will unfreeze.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Use the Flatpak version, maybe. Do not have any V4L2 video sources.
  2. Add a Pipewire video capture source and set it to a webcam
  3. It should work perfectly fine to start with
  4. Go into its properties and switch the video format to one that has a different framerate
  5. See that the video stream freezes. Open your audio patchbay (Helvum in my tests) and see that both the OBS and the camera video nodes still exist but are disconnected.
  6. Manually connect the nodes again and see that the video stream resumes working as normal with the newly selected format
Anything else we should know?

I didn't test in depth, but some video format changes don't cause the pipe to disconnect and some do. It seems to be framerate related but I'm not checking too hard
