Expected Behavior

OBS Not to freeze up, automatically closing the Properties screen or asking for user confirmation

Current Behavior

OBS Freezes up, does not respond untill you close out of the Properties screen

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Go to OBS, Add A New Scene, Add A Video Capture Device
  2. Select the Razer Kioyo (Marked as USB Video Device)
  3. Click Configure Video
  4. While the properties screen is open, close out of OBS
  5. OBS will freeze up now, instead of closing or instead of giving user input.

Research direction

Reproduce the freeze on Windows 11 with OBS Studio 32.2.1, a Razer Kiyo shown as USB Video Device, and the Configure Video properties screen open while exiting. Review the two linked OBS logs and confirm that OBS exits or prompts for input without becoming unresponsive.
