Expected Behavior
The interactive part of the preview window should correspond to what's rendered to the screen when using fractional scaling on the desktop.
Current Behavior
I can't drag nor click elements normally because OBS does not account for the desktop scaling when rendering the video preview monitor. The view rendered graphics correctly scale up to the screen scale factor but the interactive area does not. I have to drag the screen capture source by trial and error to scale to the whole canvas as seen in the clip below:

Steps to Reproduce
- Set the display scaling to a value to other than 100% in your DE screen settings.
- Open OBS
- Try dragging, moving and scaling elements around. The farther you go from the top left corner, the bigger the offset will be.
Anything else we should know?
DE: KDE Plasma 6.6.91 (bug present since at least 6.3)
Screen resolution: 2560x1440
Scaling: 150%
Graphics platform: Wayland (both DE and OBS)

Research direction
No source files or tests are named. First reproduce the offset in OBS Studio on KDE Plasma Wayland at 150% scaling, then trace the video preview's mouse interaction entry point. Done means dragging, moving, and scaling elements aligns with the rendered preview across the canvas.
