Expected Behavior

You should be able to set a keybind to Alt + C or Alt + O using the UI.

Current Behavior

When Alt + C is pressed while it is listening for the hotkey, the entire settings window is cancelled due to it activating the Cancel button in the bottom-right of the window. When Alt + O is pressed while it is listening for the hotkey, the OK button is pressed, and it only saves "Alt" as the keybind.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Navigate to Settings > Hotkeys
  2. Click on any entry to start listening for keys
  3. Attempt to set "Alt + C" or "Alt + O" as keybinds
Anything else we should know?

I am running KDE Plasma. This behavior may be exclusive to it, or it may be present on other desktops/operating systems, I'm not sure. I don't think it should be listening for menu commands at the same time it is listening to set hotkeys.

Research direction

Start in OBS Studio's Settings > Hotkeys UI and reproduce the issue on Arch Linux with KDE Plasma using Alt+C and Alt+O. Trace how the hotkey field listens for key input while the settings dialog handles Cancel and OK accelerators. Done means both combinations can be assigned without closing or submitting the settings window.
