Research direction

Start by reviewing the OBS Studio log and crash log linked in the issue, then reproduce the crash through File → Settings → Advanced → Network with IP Family set to IPv6 Only and Bind to IP set to the Wi-Fi IPv4 address. Done means starting the stream no longer crashes under this configuration and the existing bandwidth test behavior remains understood.
