Expected Behavior
When resizing the "Output" tab in OBS settings the numbers next to "Audio Track" settings should not desync when resizing the windows vertically.
Current Behavior
When there is enough vertical real-estate the numbers next to "Audio Track" gets desynced.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open OBS
- Open "Settings"
- Open "Output" tab
- Move window to the top of screen
- Resize vertically
If unable to reproduce due to lower screen resolution or increased scaling:
- Open OBS
- Open settings
- Open appearance tab
- Lower font size and/or change density to compact to allow for more movement of the window vertically
- Open "Output" tab.
- Move window to the top of screen.
- Resize vertically
Anything else we should know?
This bug have been present for a while.

Research direction
The reported entry point is OBS Settings > Output; the Appearance tab can reduce font size or switch to compact density to make the resize reproducible. Start by reproducing the Audio Track number desynchronization while resizing the window vertically, then verify that the numbers remain aligned across the described screen and scaling conditions.
