Expected Behavior
View the top bar that has the fullscreen and close icons, and view the time and menu bar.
Current Behavior
It appears, but there are significant lag spikes, and the rendering lag goes crazy, causing many dropped frames.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open OBS on Mac
- Fullscreen the program
- Move the mouse to the top of the screen to make the menu bar appear.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on macOS 26 with OBS 32.1.0 using the listed steps, then inspect the OBS log at https://obsproject.com/logs/FLZn8onVhuJoCux1 while revealing the menu bar in fullscreen. Done means the top bar appears without significant lag spikes, rendering lag, or dropped frames.
