Expected Behavior

MacOS Screen Capture does not freeze. If resources are unsatisfactory, it handles this gracefully by lowering frame rate or resolution, not by bricking itself until manual intervention.

Current Behavior

MacOS Screen Capture freezes habitually, cause unknown. Sometimes it's fine for a while but then gets bad again for no reason. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a couple hours, then it starts happening after only 1 minute of running. When it freezes, it does not recover.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy a brand new Mac Mini.
2. Download OBS.
3. Run OBS with MacOS Screen Capture
4. Wait a little while
5. MacOS Screen Capture freezes and does not recover automatically.
