Expected Behavior
When I change the output video resolution, nothing except the resolution should change.
Current Behavior
When I change the output video resolution, all video sources are scaled up or down depending on the resolution change.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a window capture
- Change output video resolution in settings
Anything else we should know?
This makes it next to impossible to customize my stream the way I want it. Prior versions of OBS worked as expected.
What makes this worse is that there is no indication that any scaling has been applied. There's no item for scaling in the filters list. And there is apparently no way to manually scale except by dragging the edges/corners. I can't simply type in "1" as a scale factor.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in OBS Studio 32.0.4 on Windows 11 by creating a window capture and changing the output video resolution; review the linked OBS log while tracing the settings change. Done means only the output resolution changes and existing video sources retain their scale and position.
