Expected Behavior
My browser should work without an issue
Current Behavior
Browser will haphazardly (once per week at minimum) stop rendering content for some amount of time OR until the OBS window is opened from tray.

Steps to Reproduce
- run
ob64.exe --startreplaybuffer --minimize-to-trayon startup, preferably with my settings (NVENC HEVC; 120s buffer). - go on with your day
- browser will eventually randomly freeze
- open obs from tray, browser unfreezes
Anything else we should know?
My obs is always running with replay buffer on(NVENC HEVC 120 seconds). I'm still able to interact with the window however it's stuck at a single frame. This has been happening to me for years now with Brave and also with LibreWolf. It usually happens while watching youtube/twitch. My NVIDIA drivers are up to date.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the OBS log at the provided URL and the reported ob64.exe startup command, then examine the interaction between the minimized replay buffer, NVENC HEVC recording, and browser playback on Windows 11. Reproduce with the listed settings and confirm that browser content continues rendering without needing to restore OBS from the tray.
