Some hotkeys get replaced with numbers

Expected Behavior

When I click on some hotkey in the settings and press [ or ], one of the brackets should appear and only it should trigger the hotkey action.

Current Behavior

[ gets replaced with 8, and ] gets replaced with 9. Both the brackets and the numbers work when pressed while focused on obs. When focused on another window, only the numbers work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the settings
2. Go to hotkeys
3. Select "Start Recording"
4. Press [
5. Notice 8 appearing instead
6. Close the settings
7. Press 8 or [ while focused on obs window
8. OBS starts recording
9. Stop recording
10. Press [ outside the obs window
11. It doesn't record
12. Press 8 outside the obs window
13. It starts recording
