In older versions of OBS, OpenGL window capture never hung.

Current Behavior

But after upgrading to OBS 31, the OpenGL window capture is hanging.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add window capture.
  2. Select a window or a game with the OpenGL API
  3. Switch the focus to the OpenGL window and get a hang.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the hang with OBS Studio 32.0.2 on Windows 10 using the OpenGL window-capture steps in the issue, then inspect the linked OBS log for relevant capture activity. Done means focusing the captured OpenGL window no longer causes window capture to hang, while older behavior remains unaffected.
