Expected Behavior

When replay buffer and recording is started, after pressing "Stop Recording", recording would stop almost immediately, and the output file should be saved.

Current Behavior

When replay buffer and recording is started, after pressing "Stop Recording", the button would get stuck on "Stopping Recording".

Trying to stop Replay Buffer will also result in the Replay Buffer button getting stuck on "Stopping Replay Buffer".

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable Replay Buffer
  2. Setup OBS to use "QuickSync H.264 encoder"
  3. Press "Start Replay Buffer"
  4. Press "Start Pecording"
  5. Press "Stop Recording"
Anything else we should know?

OBS is installed via Flatpak, this issue doesn't happen with software encoding with similar encoder settings. Have not tried with VAAPI.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reviewing the linked OBS log and reproducing the sequence with the QuickSync H.264 encoder, then compare it with software encoding; done means recording and Replay Buffer both stop promptly and save the output file.
