Expected Behavior
Changing settings while live works for all 3 major codecs today in use (h264, h265, av1)
Current Behavior
Changing settings while live works only for h264
Steps to Reproduce
- Go live with h265 or av1
- Go to settings and change for example the bitrate
- nothing happens
Anything else we should know?
Please support changing the bitrate while live for VBR and CQVBR too.
