Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked OBS log and reproducing the freeze with a PipeWire screen capture across sleep and wake on Pop!_OS 22.04. Done means the PipeWire source becomes active and the preview updates after waking, without double-clicking or reconfiguring the source.
