Twitch chat dock freezes when the emote menu is opened with FFZ enabled

Expected Behavior

The user selects FrankerFaceZ in the OBS settings. OBS then reloads the Twitch-related docks. Once FrankerFaceZ is selected, the dock loads and clicking on the emote button displays the FFZ-enhanced emote menu.

Current Behavior

The user selects FrankerFaceZ in the OBS settings. OBS then reloads the Twitch-related docks. When FrankerFaceZ is selected, the dock loads. However, clicking on the emote button immediately freezes the entire dock. This makes restarting OBS or re-selecting the chat add-on in the settings necessary.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select FrankerFaceZ as the Twitch chat add-on in the stream settings.
2. Add the Twitch Chat dock to OBS.
3. Click on the emote button.

Anything else we should know?

The issue does not occur when BTTV is selected as the chat add-on, or when the add-ons are disabled entirely. Selecting both add-ons in the settings menu leads to the same issue. Start by reproducing the freeze in the Twitch Chat dock with FrankerFaceZ enabled, then inspect the linked OBS log and FFZ settings file for relevant errors. Done means the emote menu opens without freezing the dock when FFZ is enabled alone or alongside BTTV.
