[Linux] Safe start dialog after peviously shutting down system while OBS was minimized to tray

Expected Behavior

OBS Studio should launch normally on system startup.

Current Behavior

OBS started with the "Unclean shutdown detected!" dialog. I had to select "Run normally" to use it afterwards.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable System Tray with the "minimize to system tray when started" option
2. Reboot system while OBS is minimized to system tray
3. "Unclean shutdown detected" dialog appears

Anything else we should know?

I tried to isolate the issue because I am using scripts to simulate global shortcuts under Wayland so the WebSocket Server is enabled. Additionally I use the advanced scene switcher plugin.
With those two disabled I still get the "unclean shutdown detected" dialog on launch.
I use CachyOS with KDE Plasma on Wayland.

Start with the linked OBS Studio log and reproduce the reported sequence on CachyOS with KDE Plasma on Wayland: minimize OBS to the system tray, reboot, and launch it. Compare startup behavior with the system-tray option enabled and disabled; done means a normal launch without the "Unclean shutdown detected!" dialog after this shutdown path.
