Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in OBS Studio 31.1.0-beta2 on Windows 11 using the profile-switching steps, then inspect the linked OBS log. Verify whether the YouTube Live Control Panel disappears while chat remains available; done means the panel consistently remains visible after switching between profiles.
