[macOS 15.5] Modern mac-avcapture loses reference to iOS Display using Video Capture Device

Expected Behavior

When restarting OBS, iOS devices being captured (not Continuity Camera devices, the actual iOS display over USB) should be found and reconnected.

Current Behavior

What actually happens is the iOS device ID cannot be found and the device is not initialized until viewing the settings pane for the Video Capture Device source and swapping out and back in the iOS device.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a new Video Capture Device
2. Connect an unlocked iPhone via USB
3. Set the VCD source to the iPhone display
4. Restart OBS

Originally, my iPhone was an VCD under the mac-avcapture-legacy plugin, and did not have this issue. After finding it was under the legacy plugin I then upgraded to a source under the modern mac-avcapture plugin.

Now I have this issue at all times. Issue is not experienced when using "Video Capture Device (Legacy)".

Start by reviewing the modern mac-avcapture plugin's device initialization and reconnection path, using the linked OBS log to compare the failed unique-ID lookup with the legacy source. Reproduce with an unlocked iPhone over USB, restart OBS, and verify that the iOS display reconnects without opening the Video Capture Device settings or swapping the device.
