Expected Behavior

I want that when typing something like "é, ê, è, á, ã, ñ", it appears as expected instead of "e, e, e, a, a, n".

Current Behavior

Currently, when I try to type "é, ê, è, á, ã, ñ", the accents don't work, and it ends up appearing as "e, e, e, a, a, n".

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open OBS Studio
  2. Change the keyboard Layout to Portuguese - Brazil: ABNT or ABNT 2
  3. With a US keybaord, on notepad (or any other program) - try to digit é è ã ñ ê á
    ...
Anything else we should know?

I'm using Multi RTMP and Input plugin

Steel Series GG (sonar) for sound
Logitech GHub for mouse and keyboard

Research direction

Reproduce the issue on Windows 11 with the Portuguese-Brazil ABNT or ABNT2 layout while OBS Studio 31.0.1 is open, using the described accented characters and the linked OBS log as evidence. Trace the relevant keyboard-input behavior and confirm that characters such as é, ê, ã, and ñ are preserved rather than reduced to their unaccented forms.
