Current Behavior

The Script Manager and WebSocket server settings in the Tools tab do not open when clicked.
However, clicking Automatic Scene Switcher in the Tools tab suddenly opens all previously unresponsive tool windows at once.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Launch OBS
2.Force quit OBS (e.g., using Command + Option + Esc)
3.Restart OBS
4.Click Script Manager or WebSocket server settings from the Tools tab → They do not open
5.However, clicking Automatic Scene Switcher in the Tools tab suddenly opens all previously unresponsive tool windows at once
