Expected Behavior
The configured sync offset for macOS Audio Capture should be read and applied every time OBS starts.
Current Behavior
The configured sync offset for macOS Audio Capture is not applied until:
- Open Advanced Audio Properties.
- Change the macOS Audio Capture sync offset to anything other than the current value.
- Close Advanced Audio Properties.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set macOS Audio Capture sync offset to anything other than zero.
- Close OBS
- Open OBS
- Record something and the configured macOS Audio Capture sync offset will not be applied.

This bug has been present since at least v29.
