Expected Behavior

Changing the obs language should not change anything else than the language.

Current Behavior

Changing the language causes the currently selected transition to default back to "Fade"

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Select a transition other than Fade
  2. Change the obs language.
  3. Close and reopen obs for the change to take place
  4. Notice the currently selected transition has changed back to fade
    ...
Anything else we should know?

Research direction

Reproduce on Ubuntu 24.04 with OBS Studio 31.0.1 using the listed transition, language-change, and restart steps. Trace the relevant language and transition-selection settings entry points; done means reopening OBS preserves the selected non-Fade transition.
